A gentle practice to release the shoulders and the neck.
In Yin yoga we are seeking the edge of range of movement and then aspiring to let go in that space, staying in poses for about 3-5 minutes. Make sure you are not stepping into any sharp shooting pain, but see if you can surrender to the space of discomfort and see how the body and deeper tissues along with the mind, starting to melt.
At any point feel free to change your posture or find any other pose/ stretch that gives your body and mind what they need. Enjoy this time just for yourself.
For this practice you would need 2 blocks or bolster, if you have all props - the more the better :)

There are plenty of modifications and we can use as many props as we like, if you don't have Yoga props you can sub with what you have at home - big books instead of blocks or cushions instead of bolsters.
